How to Master Your Day with Time-Blocking

Step 1: The Brain Dump & Top 3 Priorities. Before you start planning your day by the hour, write down every task on your mind in the Task List section. Then, pick your top three 'Must-Wins.' These are the most important tasks that will make your day feel successful, no matter what else happens. Write them in the bold priority boxes at the top of your planner.

Step 2: Assign Your Time Blocks (6 AM to 10 PM). Check your schedule and put your top three priorities into your most productive times, which are often in the morning. Use the hourly slots to plan out the rest of your day, including meetings, meals, and breaks. When every task has a set time, you avoid decision fatigue and stay focused.

Step 3: Track & Reflect. As you go through your day, use the Vitality Bar at the bottom to track your water intake and energy levels. At 10 PM, spend a couple of minutes reviewing your Notes section. Looking back helps you see how you spent your time and plan better for tomorrow. Check out this Weekly Habit Tracker to keep track of your consistency.
